Breakfast Tacos

8 Hedgerow Farms eggs

1/4 cup milk or cream

1 lb Triple S Farms Breakfast Sausage

8 flour tortillas

6 oz Prairie Fruits Farms fresh Chevre

1 tbsp butter

2-3 oz micro cilantro

Whisk eggs with milk and season with salt and pepper. Heat a larger cast iron or nonstick skillet on medium-high and brown sausage until fully cooked. Drain far and add butter. Pour in eggs and scramble for 3 mins or until set and creamy. Heat tortillas until slighyly golden on both side. Divide eggs and sausage between tortillas and with fresh chevre, add micro cilantro if desired.
